We are an independent online store selling kitchen, bathroom and bar faucets, shower columns and related fixtures to customers across the United States. That is the whole business. No showroom, no trade counter, no minimum order.
Specifications beat adjectives. Every product page carries a specification table: finish, material, installation type, inlet thread, hole diameter or hole spacing, and what is included in the box. You should be able to check whether a faucet fits your sink before you order it, not after it arrives.
People shop with their eyes, then with a tape measure. Nobody starts out looking for a "single-handle deck-mounted mixer". They start with matte black, or brushed gold, or waterfall. Our catalogue is organised by finish and style so you can start where you actually are, and the specifications are waiting for you when you get serious.
No games with the price. What you see is what you pay. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. No countdown timers, no invented "was" prices, no fees that appear at checkout.
Say the delivery time out loud. Affordable fixtures exist because the supply chain is long, and pretending otherwise only makes people angry when the box has not arrived. Our timeline is written on this page, on the product page and in our shipping policy, and it is the same number in all three places.
We are a small independent retailer, not a manufacturer and not a warehouse operation. We work with third-party manufacturing and fulfilment partners located outside the United States rather than holding our own stock, which is what lets us list more than 250 models across every finish without pricing them like a showroom.
The trade-off is time, and we would rather state it than surprise you. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery then takes a further 7 to 9 business days, so roughly 8 to 12 business days in total from the moment you place the order. If we cannot ship within that window, we email you before it runs out and you decide: accept a new date, or cancel for a full refund. That is not a courtesy, it is how we run it.
Because our fulfilment partner is based overseas, an authorised return travels back internationally. On a change-of-mind return, where you pay the return shipping, that cost can be significant relative to the price of the item. We always send you the return address and an estimated cost before you ship anything, and we will send both before you order if you ask.

We sell fixtures, we do not install them, and nothing on this site is a substitute for a licensed plumber. Compare the specifications on the product page against your existing setup before ordering, and have installation carried out by a qualified professional in line with your local plumbing code.
If an order arrives damaged, turns out to be defective, or simply is not what you ordered, we cover it, return shipping included. The exact conditions are in our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy.
We sell and ship to addresses in the United States only, and every price on this site is shown and charged in US dollars. Orders placed for delivery outside the United States are cancelled and refunded in full.
